Based in Gawler, Debbie and Helena produce a range of organically grown dried and fermented Tasmanian purple and black garlic products that incorporate uniquely Tasmanian elements, including Tasmanian native pepperberry and lemon myrtle.
A versatile product that comes prepackaged in a grinder or resealable pouch, Pure & Purple Garlic’s products can be used as a rub, in a grinder, or combined with olive oil as a dressing.
