Needles, a small community nestled in the foothills of the Great Western Tiers, is home to Truffles of Tasmania.
Louisa and her team of specially trained dogs and handlers harvest the decadent black truffles that thrive in Tasmania’s pure air and regular winter snowfalls.
Truffles of Tasmania produce a range of products, including dried truffle powder, freeze dried truffles, truffle salt, honey, and of course fresh truffles.
Tasmanian truffles are favoured worldwide, and Louisa is keen to cement her place in the market. A big welcome to 2022 Cultivate, Louisa!
